SCADA, which stands for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition, is a control system architecture comprising computers, networked data communications and graphical user interfaces for high-level process supervisory management, while also comprising other peripheral devices like programmable logic controllers (PLC’s) and discrete proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controllers to interface with process plant or machinery.

Building Management Systems - BMS
Building Management Systems (BMS) are the brain of a modern building.
The BMS will monitor and control all aspects of a building including ventilation, fire, energy, and security systems.
The data gathered from around a building or facility is brought back to a central interface from a range of proprietary equipment and systems, enabling a single point from which all building activity can be controlled.
With the focus on building and energy efficiency, the BMS allows the building owner to see where energy is being used by various building components and allows them to make informed decisions.

KNX
BREMCA is an accredited KNX partner. KNX products are used in building control systems which require automation of lighting, heating and cooling, ventilation, security, and visual systems as well as web interface.
KNX devices are connected on a 2 pair bus cable, which also provides a power supply, and then configured to provide the desired functionality.
Close to 60,000 devices can be connected on a single KNX network thus allowing for an architecture which can grow with your project.
The KNX protocol has over 340 members worldwide who produce KNX certified hardware. A very large range of devices are available to meet the requirement of installations from residential buildings through to large commercial sites.
