Powder Coating

Depending on the application or environment, we can offer four common themosetting powders to suit your requirements. They being either Epoxy, Hybrid, Polyurethane or Polyester, in a range of colours and textured finishes.

AMPP stock a huge array colours and shades to meet the specific requirements of our customers.

The facility operates 3 Nordson spray booths that provide an even application allowing for a very high standard of finish. Colour changes can be achieved in as little as 30 minutes.

To support smaller specific colour job lots, we operate a 90kW, 5metre batch oven that is ideal for multiple colours and a quick turnaround.

For larger runs of standard product, we run a full 90metre, gas fired, fully automated powder coating chain line allowing us to undertake significant job lots of componentry.
